~ My Thoughts ~

Wow, this was hott. I loved the story from start to finish!! The author has done a really really awesome job with the story and the characters. I was able to pick this up and not stop till it was finished plus I couldn't get enough of Law, that man is Hott and so yummy. 

The story doesn't really have POVs it just is a story that the words flow beautifully together. However the characters are amazing. They have great chemistry together along with passion that explodes right before your eyes. The tension that they have, but in the end the passion that they share and the love shared between the 2 makes me want my own like that.

I couldn't help but fall head over heels on love with this story, it just about tops Sloan and Baines story. Theirs is really true love. As much as this is filled with past to fight to overcome and loving passion and danger at every turn its magical. Its a MUST READ!!!

I recommend  this story for everyone, but read Enemy Mine first as it gives somewhat back story on some characters. This one however leaves u with a small cliffhanger just enough to leave you wanting more and let me tell you i want more I'm in fact in need of more I cant get enough of Base Branch!!! Love it!!!

Megan was born and raised among the live oaks and shrimp boats of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where her enormous family still calls home. She attended college at the University of Southern Mississippi where she received a bachelor's degree in curriculum, instruction, and special education. For several years Megan worked as a teacher in Mississippi. She married and moved to South Carolina and worked for an international non-profit organization as an instructor and co-director.

In 2009 Megan fell in love with books. Until then, books had been a source for research or the topic of tests. But one day she read Mercy by Julie Garwood. And Oh Mercy, she was hooked!

Megan lives in Southern Arkansas where she pens sizzling suspense novels.
